By submitting a testimonial, you confirm that it describes your own personal experience and is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You should only submit photos, videos or documents that you have the right to share.

Testimonial Submission Terms
These terms explain how DoGood reviews, publishes and manages customer testimonial submissions. They apply together with the DoGood Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Nothing is published automatically. DoGood may review the submission, request more information, approve it, decline it, or decide not to publish it.
3. Permission to publish
If your submission is approved, you give DoGood non-exclusive permission to publish the approved testimonial content and approved media on DoGood-owned websites, social channels, presentations and related brand materials. DoGood may edit for clarity, length, formatting or translation, but should not materially change the meaning of your experience.
4. Private and public information
Your full name, mobile number and email are used for review and contact and are not intended for public display. Your Display Name and other approved story details may be shown publicly if your testimonial is published. Supporting documents remain private unless they are specifically approved for public use.
5. Reward eligibility
A submission does not automatically qualify for a reward. Reward eligibility is confirmed only after the testimonial is reviewed, approved and published under the current campaign rules shown on the submission page. Fulfilment may require contact and delivery information.
6. Personal experience, not medical advice
Testimonials describe individual experiences and opinions. Experiences may vary and published stories are not medical advice, diagnosis or a guarantee of results.
7. Corrections or withdrawal
You may contact DoGood to request a correction or future removal of your published testimonial. DoGood will review reasonable requests, although copies previously shared by third parties may remain outside DoGood's control.
