吴明烨: Caring for Family While Learning to Care for Himself Again

Hello, I am 吴明烨 and I live in Sanchong District, New Taipei City. Because I spent many years caring for my elderly father, my daily schedule was often reversed day and night. My eating habits were not ideal either, so I often felt overworked and unwell. Later, through a family member's introduction, I began using a complex enzyme product regularly and joined several wellness programmes.
